WORK ASSIGNMENTS.

How can I do my work?

The work assignments are an important and necessary part of our club.

They include cleaning and maintaining the facility, organizing and holding club celebrations and supporting our teams.

Each active member must work 5 hours of work per year for the purposes mentioned above. This does not apply to young members up to 18 years of age, passive members, honorary members. Hours completed must be reported to the treasurer in good time no later than October 31st. of one year by means of a work card (download below) with the signature of a board member.

Hours not completed will be counted with each

€20.00

calculated. With family memberships, working hours can be transferred among family members. In addition, there are working hours

not

transferable. The amount for hours not worked/verified will be automatically deducted from the account in November of each year.

Work assignments can be carried out:

  • through active participation in the club as a board member, team leader or auditor
  • on spring/autumn cleaning dates communicated by the board
  • about a task assigned by the board (drinks, garbage cans, press work, IT, event team,...)
