At TVR you can book the tennis courts easily and conveniently from home. You can book places 1-4 with a lead time of one week, place 5 can only be reserved at short notice with a lead time of 3 hours to the end of the booking.


The system can be used from both a PC and any mobile device and adapts flexibly to the respective screen size.

  • Why do we even need this?

    The system offers all of us the convenience of seeing when we can play and planning our game times. It helps us to better comply with the Corona regulations and also makes the administrative processing of guest lessons and field closures due to tournaments, media games and events easier.

  • How can I sign up?

    Use the online seat booking button to access the booking system and enter your username (email address) and password.

  • I'm not set up because I don't have my own email address, now what?

    If only one email address was provided for several members (e.g. a family) when registering for TVR, the invitation was only sent once to this address. However, every member can use the “Registration” link. You can forward the invitation within the family and register every email address there. Everyone will then receive their own activation link.

  • What do I do if I can't remember my password?

    There is a Forgotten Password link in the login window. If you click on it, you will receive a new password to your email address. The process is described in the instructions.

  • I don't receive a confirmation email after I made a booking?

    Please check whether the correct email address is still stored and whether you have adjusted the notification settings if necessary.

  • If I can't cope, can I continue to use the occupancy book?

    No. The occupancy book is replaced by the online booking system. If you need help using it, take a look at the instructions or ask a member who already knows how to use it. If you can't cope at all, ask Elke or Dirk.

  • What do I do if I am at the facility and want to book and there is no network or a connection to the system is not possible?

    Write down the time and the players and send them by email to Elke or Dirk. But really only if no access is possible at all. If you have problems using it, ask another member to help you.

  • I can't save my booking, what now?

    Most of the time it is because a rule was not followed. Check whether the booking is longer than two hours or is too far in the future. All the rules are listed again in the instructions.
